The basis of every development team consists of motivated, experienced, and qualified professionals who have the ambition to improve themselves and at the same time deliver the best for the project. Our development teams consist of a mix of profiles that together are capable of delivering an iteration/increment of a product. In our situation, it means that a development team consists of a mix of .NET developers, frontend developers, automation test developers, and other development skill sets, including database experts and architects.

At rb2, teams consist of three to nine professionals led by a Tech Lead. It often happens that teams become bigger during a project. In this case, we switch to a scaled variant, in which the group is split into two teams, with two Tech Leads. The Tech Lead will then assemble a team of three suitable professionals.
