The challenge was clear, rb2 had to build a stable and scalable platform in record time to help EuroParcs hit their growth plan.

A new platform delivered in record time

EuroParcs decided to take full control of the digital guest experience by developing a completely new rental platform. The challenge? This platform had to be delivered within just a few months, before the crucial early booking season. In close collaboration with EuroParcs, rb2 developed a scalable solution that put the ultimate user experience for both guests and property owners at its core.

The platform was designed to integrate complex reservation systems and handle high booking volumes seamlessly. Thanks to advanced search functionality and personalized, content-rich pages, the platform not only helps guests find their ideal stay but also enables EuroParcs to optimize occupancy rates and boost conversions.

CoreConnect and lightning-fast search results

A key component of the platform is the search engine developed by rb2, powered by Elasticsearch. This search engine allows visitors to quickly find their perfect stay by filtering on features, duration, and group composition. Through the CoreConnect integration layer, the search engine is ‘event-driven,’ fed with real-time data about parks, accommodations, prices, and availability.

Daily database updates, combined with instant mini-updates for bookings, ensure that the displayed information is always accurate and up-to-date. This speed and reliability not only enhance the user experience but also contribute to higher conversion rates.

In close partnership with EuroParcs, rb2 crafted a bespoke solution designed to meet their vision and exceed future expectations. Here’s how:

  • Intuitive search functionality: Guests can easily find their perfect stay using hundreds of filters and real-time availability
  • Future-ready scalability: New parks can be integrated easily, meaning the platform grows alongside the business
  • Agile development: By delivering working components every two weeks, rb2 enabled rapid testing and optimization, keeping the project on track for its critical deadline
