Sometimes the platform is the constraint.
The fastest gain is often found in one workflow, making an AI agent the smaller, measurable start to the collaboration. But when new countries, channels or customer agreements no longer fit your platform, the foundation needs attention. We decide that on the business case, not a gut feeling.
Does this sound familiar?
Every change to your platform takes months.
Changes such as new customer agreements, channels or countries have become unmanageable.
Integrations with ERP, PIM or WMS have become fragile.
Workflows get stuck in the platform, not beside it.
The constraint determines what is needed.
These are not consecutive steps. The business case determines the right route: phased replatforming, selecting a platform, or improving integrations and data. If replacement does not pay off, we do not do it.
Replatforming
Your platform is demonstrably blocking growth. We replace it in phases, with a migration plan for data and continuity.

The right platform depends on your organisation, team and business case. We partner with commercetools and Medusa and have also built on platforms including SCAYLE and BigCommerce. We recommend what fits, not what we happen to sell.

AI agent or foundation?
When is an AI agent only a patch and the real problem in the foundation?
When workflows mainly fail because of poor data quality, fragile integrations or systems that do not work together, the foundation needs attention first. If the commerce platform itself demonstrably blocks new customer agreements, channels or countries, we investigate replatforming. We do not recommend an agent when another intervention solves the problem better.
