Systems that do not work together hold back every improvement.
ERP, PIM, WMS, commerce and separate files each hold part of the truth. When data and actions do not flow properly, every workflow remains dependent on manual work. rb2 builds the integration and data foundations that make systems work together without immediately replacing the entire commerce platform.
We connect what already works and bring data, integrations and workflows together.
Processes that keep moving
Data you can trust
Integrations that work
AI that works alongside your team
The constraint is often between systems.
Not every technical problem requires replatforming. The gain often lies in reliable data, clear ownership and integrations that genuinely support the process.
Data is scattered across multiple systems
Orders, product data, pricing agreements and stock do not automatically align. People resolve the differences with spreadsheets, email and manual checks.
Integrations are fragile or missing
New workflows get stuck because ERP, PIM, WMS, commerce and files do not exchange reliable data and actions.
How we make systems work as one
Connect systems
We connect ERP, PIM, WMS, CRM, commerce platforms, mailboxes, portals and files, even when modern APIs are missing.
Make data usable
We structure product data, order data, customer agreements, stock and pricing information so AI can work with it reliably.
Design workflows
We determine which steps can be automated, where human approval is needed and how exceptions are handled.
Build commerce software
Where your landscape falls short, we build portals, dashboards, integrations or AI-native modules that fit your operation.
Keep developing AI agents
We improve existing AI agents, give them more work or build another agent by reusing data, integrations and rules.

Talk to your systems instead of working around them
Your systems have APIs, but they do not speak human language. We add a layer that lets you communicate with your own ERP, PIM or WMS in natural language while agents work with them reliably.
AI-enabled: a layer on your existing systems
We add a layer on top of the APIs of your existing ERP, PIM or WMS. This lets you ask questions in natural language while agents read, check and prepare actions within the capabilities of your system.
AI-native: built to communicate with agents
Where it adds value, we replace the underlying system with an environment built for AI from the ground up. There is no intermediate layer: agents communicate directly with your data. Origo for product data is one example.
“Show today’s ten best-selling products” or “list all products from brand X in my range”, and you get an immediate answer from your own system.
Origo: the AI-native PIM for your product data
Origo is our AI-native product-data environment. Instead of separate spreadsheets, scattered PIM processes and manual enrichment, it provides product data built from the ground up to work with both people and agents.
ProductDataPilot applies Origo to one defined product-data workflow. Origo is the underlying product-data solution, not an automatic next step.
Origo is not an AI agent, but a platform building block for product-data workflows and AI agents.

We connect what currently works separately
ERP, PIM, WMS and the commerce platform can remain in place. We make data usable, implement reliable integrations and define where people retain control. If the commerce platform itself is the demonstrable constraint, that challenge belongs on the separate Commerce route.
When the commerce platform itself is the constraintIntegrations make a workflow scalable.

About the platform
Questions about data security and human oversight are answered centrally on the AI agents.
Can an AI agent run on our existing landscape or do we need to migrate first?
The agent can usually connect to the landscape already in place. We determine what information is needed from ERP, PIM, WMS, mailboxes, portals or files and which integration fits. Migration or replatforming is considered only when the existing foundation demonstrably blocks further improvement.
How does an AI agent connect to our ERP?
Through the route supported by the system: an API, an existing integration, structured file exchange or custom work when a standard connector is unavailable. During the Prove session, we determine what data is needed, what the agent may read or write and which controls apply. OrderPilot works with Business Central, Odoo, NetSuite and SAP, among others. QuotePilot works with the Zegris ERP at VHC Jongens.
When should the data and integration foundation be improved first?
When workflows mainly fail because of poor data quality, fragile integrations or systems that do not work together, the foundation needs improvement first. If the challenge is one defined workflow, an AI agent may fit better. If the commerce platform demonstrably blocks new customer agreements, channels or countries, the challenge belongs on the Commerce route.
What happens if the agent makes an error or is unavailable?
We determine in advance what the agent may do independently, when work is stopped and when an exception goes to your team. Monitoring and error handling are part of keeping the agent running. Fallback procedures and continuity agreements vary by workflow and system and are documented in advance.
Who manages and improves the agent after it starts working?
rb2 provides the agreed technical management, monitoring, error handling and minor improvements within the existing task. This is covered by the fixed monthly fee. We define responsibilities between rb2 and your team in advance. A substantial extension gets its own decision, scope and price.
Do you also have a solution for product data or PIM?
Yes. Origo is our AI-native PIM: a product-data environment built from the ground up to work with AI and agents. ProductDataPilot applies Origo to one product-data workflow. Origo is a platform building block, not a Pilot.
What is the difference between AI-enabled and AI-native?
AI-enabled means making existing systems usable for AI agents through data and integrations. AI-native means the system itself is designed to work with agents, such as Origo for product data. The right form depends on the challenge; it is not a fixed development ladder.
