Are you the one to show our clients how to guide an offshore scaled Scrum team? Will you shape our reviews and retrospectives alongside your global colleagues? Can you even convince our clients to switch to #NoEstimates?

We are rb2, a technical development agency. We build web applications, and we do this with over 75 rb2 team members spread across four locations in Asia and Europe. We always operate under the Agile methodology because we believe in a transparent approach, flexible work environment, and rapid software development. We have an insatiable appetite for growth – more knowledge, more complex material, and definitely more challenges!

    As you may have read, quality is our top priority. To ensure this quality, we believe it's important that our team continues to grow; in experience, product knowledge, and certainly through (online) courses. We encourage our team members to gain knowledge and earn certifications. This is beneficial for you, but also for rb2. And, of course, with your new certificate, you'll also be featured on the rb2 'Wall of Fame'.

  • Quality first

    That might sound like stating the obvious, but that's just how we approach the game. We believe we have a reputation to uphold, and we can only do so by pushing ourselves and each other to the limit. That's why our work processes incorporate numerous check-points, both personal and automated. Alongside maintaining the quality of our work, we always strive for continuous improvement, especially because we work and learn from different people on each project.

  • A delicious and cozy lunch

    Occasionally, a colleague might wrap up some work, but we make an effort to have lunch together as much as possible. So, you don't need to pack a sandwich from home; our Office Manager ensures that there's fresh bread from the bakery and delicious toppings from the grocery store. We also have a few traditions: Wednesday is "Fish Day", when we grab a serving of fried cod or a tasty herring, and on Friday, the snacks come out. Make sure to place your order on time!

Work hard, play hard

From having lunch together and celebrating birthdays, to our annual tradition of a winter sports trip. It may seem obvious, but we've made it into our culture. We do a lot together and have a lot of fun doing it.
