What you’ll do

• Build scalable and high-quality backend solutions
• Coach international development teams (Portugal & China)
• Safeguard technical quality through code reviews and architectural decisions
• Translate customer needs into practical technical solutions
• Work with technologies like React, Node, and TypeScript
• Contribute to long-running projects for well-known brands

You’ll spend around 50–80% of your time coding yourself. The rest of your time will be dedicated to team coordination, architecture, and client communication. Perfect if you want to grow your leadership skills without letting go of your love for tech.

You'll work on projects like building a smart rental and booking platform for one of the largest holiday park chains in the Netherlands, including fast search capabilities and optimized performance.

What you bring

• Solid experience with Node.js and TypeScript
• Experience setting up cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure)
• Proven ability to lead (international) teams
• Strong problem-solving mindset and technical depth
• Eagerness to learn and grow
• Fluent in both Dutch and English (written and spoken)
• Bachelor-level working and thinking skills

• Salary between €5,000 and €6,300 (based on 40 hours per week)
