(Digital) Project Manager

What you'll do

• Lead complex technical projects from A to Z
• Switch seamlessly between business and tech
• Manage our teams in the Netherlands, Portugal, and China, both in-office and remote
• Monitor planning, scope, hours, and quality
• Drive progress and keep everyone focused
• Spot risks before they become problems
• Ensure client and team are always aligned

What you bring

• Experience managing (agile) IT projects, preferably in an agency environment
• You understand technical processes and feel at home with custom solutions, e-commerce, or loyalty platforms
• You think in solutions, not obstacles
• You communicate clearly, without noise, both internally and externally
• You easily switch between multiple projects simultaneously
• You're familiar with tools like Linear and Notion

Nice to have:

• Scrum/Agile certification
• Technical background in e.g., development or architecture
• Experience with cross-selling and upselling to clients
• Willingness to occasionally work on-site at client locations
