What you'll do

• Gather, analyze, and structure client requirements into actionable specifications
• Translate business objectives into functional and non-functional requirements
• Create impact analyses, user scenarios, and process flows
• Facilitate refinement and planning sessions with development teams
• Think strategically about smart, scalable solutions based on data and AI
• Understand how AI is transforming business analysis and apply it to your daily work
• Monitor scope, business value, and consistency throughout projects

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree level thinking and working ability
• At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar role
• Understanding of how digital products work with affinity for development
• Ability to distinguish between main and side issues, communicating clearly with both clients and teams
• Analytical, structured, and client-focused approach
• Experience with tools like Linear, Notion, Miro, v0, or similar is a plus
