Holiday park specialist EuroParcs has chosen technical development agency rb2 to create a new, proprietary rental platform. This innovative platform aims to streamline the interaction between homeowners, renters, and EuroParcs, supporting the operations of its 50 holiday parks located across the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, and Bonaire.

rb2, recently named the number 1 digital production agency in the Netherlands by Emerce, will build a modern, scalable, and user-friendly platform to unify the rental activities of EuroParcs’ ever-growing portfolio of parks and properties. The new platform will make it easier for consumers to find and book the perfect holiday home, leveraging the richness and variety of EuroParcs’ portfolio.

Martin de Boer, Rental Sales Director at EuroParcs, explains: "EuroParcs was looking for a modern, new platform that could handle high booking volumes, optimize rental revenues, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. We were drawn to rb2’s proven approach, agile workflow, thoughtful proposal, and, importantly, the connection with their team. We are excited to embark on this development journey together and can’t wait to launch the new platform for homeowners and renters later this year."

Dennis van Marle, Director at rb2, adds: "This is what excites us at rb2: working with entrepreneurs who have a clear vision and high ambitions, combined with an open culture that fosters a true partnership from day one. From our first interaction with EuroParcs, we saw the opportunities and innovations the family-owned company in Apeldoorn wanted to achieve with this project. In this collaboration, rb2 will act as a sparring partner to translate their business ambitions into sustainable technical solutions—an area where we excel. We are thrilled to build this platform from scratch together with EuroParcs, providing private homeowners and renters with an even better experience."

About EuroParcs Group EuroParcs Group represents a complete recreational experience combined with a top-tier mentality. This philosophy extends to their sponsorship of the premier division football club Feyenoord. Translated to their resorts, this means high-quality recreational properties, luxurious furnishings, abundant facilities and amenities, and unique locations—nestled in stunning natural surroundings yet conveniently close to urban attractions like shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Over the past 20 years, EuroParcs Group has grown into a major player in the development and operation of holiday parks, now boasting 50 resorts under the EuroParcs and (since 2020) Droomparken brands. Their core activities have always revolved around the sale and rental of recreational properties. EuroParcs Group supports (prospective) investors from initial contact through to the full delivery of a holiday home. The same passion and dedication are extended to their guests, ensuring they are cared for from the moment of booking to check-out, allowing them to fully enjoy their stay at Droomparken or EuroParcs resorts.
