I am Sander, 34 years old and I live in Amsterdam. In my role as delivery manager I help clients and development teams to achieve their goals. I like to inspire people, to grow in their role and to take technical challenges with the team. I see myself as the connection between our teams in China and our customers and partners. I try to apply my experiences in sport within the business world.

In my spare time I like (room) football, traveling, music, series and doing fun things with friends. After having played at the highest level for 14 years, I now football with friends at OS Lusitanos in the 1st Division. As a real travel junk, I have made beautiful trips to, among others, Mexico, Indonesia, Thailand, China, Panama and Colombia. I still have many countries on my list but until now I found the Philippines the most beautiful. Swimming with whale sharks was the absolute highlight!
