Our challenge
Multinational Philips already has a large e-commerce platform.The application implemented by rb2 had to integrate seamlessly. This required a pixel-perfect front-end that aligned exactly with the Philips corporate identityand full integration with the Salesforce environment and Philips' payment service provider.
The result
Thanks to the work of Subscription Factory and rb2, there is a lean but technically strong subscription module that is ready for future expansion within Philips. It is only available in the Netherlands for the timebeing, butis scalable on an international level. And that is certainly part of Philips' plan! And with Zuora as the backbone, the possibilities are endless.
Our approach
rb2 has been involved from the initial planning stage right up to the launch of the new website, organising a number of workshops at the start, deploying developers from the Netherlands and China and partially taking on the role of Scrum Master. Working together with developers from Shared Stories Group from the very first sprint guaranteed the transfer and further development.
