Wanted: Tech lead (.NET) developer

This is what you are going to do

As a tech lead you translate business wishes into clear technical designs. You work according to the standards and architectures that have been established within rb2, ensuring easy design reuse. In addition, you should come up with innovative and creative ideas.

We love a hands-on mentality and want the tech lead to work with the team on development work.

You are responsible for architecture as well as technical quality. Your technical knowledge and experience allow you to partner with both our clients and the internal organization on content-related as well as strategic matters. You are the rb2 point person in the field of technology and you are actively involved in formulating our technological vision.

This is a great role allowing you to come up with solutions to complex challenges. You are involved in the strategy, analysis and design of our clients’ projects. Your main tasks are thinking through and acting as a technical lead on large-scale IT projects and in eCommerce.

What we’re looking for

You have a proven track record as an architect of large, complex websites and / or eCommerce platforms. Empathic ability to move in the needs of clients, colleagues and suppliers is indispensable in this position. You have at least 8 years experience in the technical field in positions such as lead developer, technical consultant and / or software architect. You are able to translate customer wishes into technological solutions, whereby innovative ideas and techniques are not avoided.

You also recognize yourself in the following profile:

  • You have excellent analytical and planning skills
  • You are good at developing the necessary (technical) documentation
  • You have strong communication skills and can empathize with others
  • You know the importance of clear scoping
  • You know how to make technically complicated matters easy to for our clients to understand
  • You are highly proficient in spoken and written English .
  • You are entrepreneurial
  • You have a university level education, preferably in a technical subject
  • You are good at translating business needs into technical solutions
  • You have experience with modern software development methods (Agile, DevOps)
  • You have experience in standardization in methodology, tooling and design
  • You are experienced with continuous delivery pipelines
